Hi I'm Frederik Schneider better known as Erik, prefer to be called Erik, also known as E, Rik, Big E, Big Easy & know I'm not from New Orleans or a Saints fan or a Cowboys, Giants or Eagles fan. As a Die Hard Redskin since 1982  I'm required to hate all of 3 of those teams as we all know. There what the Soviet Union or Al Qaeda was & is to America but to are beloved Redskins as we all know. Big Easy as well as Easy E just have to to with my physical stature & demeanor. I'm a Laid Back guy who's 6'5 & over 200 LBS.

I'm a Laid Back guy who believes that the happier you are, the more people will like you, the less people you'll piss off, better you'll live & the longer you'll live.

I'm a Laid Back guy who believes that life is not about whether you face tough times or not or get knocked down or not. Thats part of life it happens to everyone. The question is what do you do when you face tough times & get knocked down, do you accept your reality & complain that life is unfair or do you get back up & change your reality. I believe that any problem that someone faces in life thats not life threatening can be overcome. This is a lesson I hope that Mr Snyder & his club will learn. 

I'm a Laid Back guy who couldn't care less ( to put it mildly ) about what people who I don't respect & what they say & think about me. If someone that I don't respect says something negative about me, so what I don't respect their opinion in the 1st place & even if their negative perception about me is true, then I'll just fix the negative perception about me & move on with my life. 

I'm a Laid Back guy who try's to find fun & humor in everything & everyone that I see. I tease everyone that I respect, care about like or love. I'm always looking for something funny about someone & share it with them to make them laugh. Making people laugh is always my only goal when I'm teasing someone.I tease people as a sign of affection that the person means something positive to me. I also have a self deprecating sense of humor. Since no one is perfect, I'm an excellent example of that, that no one has the right to make fun of other people if they can't laugh at them self. 

I believe in substance over style, reality over perception, reality over faith, learning from history. "Those who don't learn from their mistakes are doomed to repeat them. The Redskins the last 10 years are a perfect example of not learning from mistakes. But I'm also about correcting mistakes so I don't repeat them & I can get on with my life. 

A lesson the Redskins need to learn as well, I've seen them make the same mistake over & over again.
